New! ONLINE PHONE SYSTEM REQUEST FOR QUOTATION - click here It provides everything you would expect from a large PBX - like caller ID, voice mail, auto attendant, IVR, music on hold, and more, but with a price and footprint that's competitive with small business systems with far fewer standard features. "We have been working toward offering this suite of business communications systems since early 2004." Says William Dunning, CEO of Interalab, Inc. "We've put a lot of effort into creating just the right mix of new and traditional phone system features and components, high speed Internet access, web hosting, email, traditional and VoIP voice lines, and more, so we can offer a truly flexible system that can grow with our customer." The Interalab phone system packages are able to utilize existing traditional business lines, PRI's, and the latest VoIP (Voice over IP) circuits, all in one solution – out of the box. Unified messaging for voice, fax, email, and text messaging is standard. E911 is also fully supported. “Interalab was the only vendor we talked to who could deliver the kind of computer network, telephone, software, and Internet expertise we needed.” Said Don Harrington, Sales Manager at Quinco Tool Products. “The other business phone system vendors we spoke to were limited to only providing the phone system, where Interalab is able to upgrade our data center, integrate our computer system and provide off-site backup in one package.” The Interalab communications systems are available for sale, lease, or as a service. All software updates are performed remotely, securely, and automatically, making sure that every system is always up to date and all new features are available. Normal maintenance, moves and changes are handled at no extra cost as well, freeing valuable staff time from the often confusing tasks of programming a phone system. Corporate Accounting Services has also taken advantage of Interalab's automatic, secure periodic off-site backup of all system configurations and file server data. Off site backups are sent to our fully redundant data center to ensure reliable disaster recovery. Interalab staff have been selling and supporting business telephone systems since 1992. |
