Hello! Thank you for downloading the application operated by Changsha Touching Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. ("we" or "us").

By downloading or using our App, you are agreeing to these terms. It is a legal agreement, so please read it. If you do not agree, you must delete the App.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the App on your devices. This is a license to use, not a sale of ownership. You get to use the tool, but we retain the intellectual property rights to the code, design, and brand.

2. Usage Rules (The "Don'ts")

To keep the ecosystem safe, you agree NOT to:

  • check_circle Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • check_circle Use the App to distribute illegal content, malware, or spam.
  • check_circle Copy our interface or branding to create a confusingly similar product.
  • check_circle Bypass any security measures we have put in place.

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these rules.

3. Your Content

If the App allows you to create or generate content, you retain ownership of that content. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your content is legal and does not infringe on others' rights.

4. "As Is" Disclaimer

Please read this carefully:The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We strive for perfection, but we cannot guarantee that the App will be error-free at all times or work perfectly on every device combination. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Changsha Touching Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as data loss) resulting from your use of the App.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Changsha, China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the local jurisdiction.
