Depending on the features you use, the App may process the following types of information:

• check_circle Task information: batch processing queues, progress, completion status, background processing state, and Live Activities or Dynamic Island progress information.
• check_circle Purchase information: subscription or in-app purchase status, if the App offers paid features.
• check_circle Analytics and diagnostics: app launches, screen views, feature usage, crash logs, device type, app version, system version, and performance information, if analytics or diagnostic tools are enabled.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. However, files you choose to import or process may contain personal or sensitive content. Please only process files that you have the right to use.

We use information to:

• check_circle provide file conversion, compression, editing, merging, watermarking, OCR, signing, and document conversion features;
• check_circle process multiple files in batches;
• check_circle display processing progress through task center, background activity, Dynamic Island, and Lock Screen Live Activities;
• check_circle save user preferences and processing history;
• check_circle verify subscriptions or purchases;
• check_circle improve app functionality, performance, and stability;
• check_circle respond to user support requests;
• check_circle comply with legal obligations and protect the security of the App.

We do not sell your personal information.

All core file processing features are performed locally on your device. This includes video, audio, image, PDF, and document conversion, compression, editing, merging, watermarking, OCR, signing, and Word/PDF conversion.

Your imported files, processed files, OCR content, signatures, drawings, watermarks, and document contents are not uploaded to our servers for processing. We do not use third-party AI models to process your files, and we do not use your files or document content to train AI models.

When you use OCR, PDF signing, PDF compression, PDF-to-Word, Word-to-PDF, or related document features, the App may process document images, text content, handwriting, signatures, stamps, and file metadata.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to process, convert, sign, or modify the files you import into the App.

We may use analytics or crash reporting tools to understand app performance and improve reliability. These tools may collect technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, performance data, and general app interaction data.

We do not use analytics to access the content of your private photos.

If required by your device platform or applicable law, you may be able to limit analytics collection through your device settings.

We may collect limited analytics and usage data to understand how users interact with the App, improve product experience, maintain app stability, and evaluate feature performance. This may include app launches, screen views, button taps, feature usage, session activity, subscription-related events, device type, app version, system version, and diagnostic information.

We do not use general product analytics data for third-party advertising. If advertising attribution tools are used, they are described separately in this Privacy Policy.

If we use a third-party mobile measurement or attribution service, such as Adjust, we may process limited technical and attribution information to understand the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, measure app installs, analyze in-app events, prevent fraud, and improve marketing performance.

These services may collect device identifiers, app interaction data, session events, device information, attribution information, and, if configured, purchase or subscription-related events. They do not receive the files you import or process in the App, such as videos, audio files, images, PDFs, Word documents, OCR content, signatures, or converted output files.

We may use trusted third-party service providers to support non-file-content functionality, such as payment processing, analytics, crash reporting, advertising attribution, and app infrastructure.

hese service providers may process limited technical, diagnostic, purchase, or attribution information as needed to provide their services. They do not receive or process the files you import, edit, convert, compress, sign, or export in the App.

We may share information only in the following cases:

• check_circle with service providers that help operate, maintain, or improve the App;
• check_circle with Apple or payment processors to verify purchases and subscriptions;
• check_circle when required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request;
• check_circle to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, the App, or others.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers.

Locally stored files, processing results, and task history may remain on your device unless you delete them.

If files or related data are uploaded for online processing, we retain them only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the requested function, maintain security, resolve technical issues, or comply with legal obligations.

You may delete locally stored data by deleting files within the App or removing the App from your device. If account or server-side data exists, you may contact us to request deletion.

The App may use advertising attribution tools to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Where required by applicable law or platform rules, we will request your consent before accessing tracking-related identifiers or engaging in tracking.

We do not use your imported files, processed files, OCR results, signatures, drawings, or document contents for advertising or tracking purposes.

The App is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify users through the App or other reasonable means.
